US Immigration from Ghana

Does anyone here know which dq month/year the US embassy Ghana is working on for Cr1?

Hello. My wife (a U.S. citizen) is bringing her parents here from Ghana. They finally have an Interview scheduled on Dec. 19th in Accra. The attorney that has been helping us with the documents says that they will need to bring the daughter's (my wife's) original birth certificate to the interview.

Is that really true? If so, we'll need to figure out how to mail it (or UPS) to Ghana prior to the interview.

After my interview, everything went on well but because I haven t completed my Medicals, the Consular Officer gave me back my passport to go complete my Medicals, and told me as soon as the embassy receives my Medicals they will notify me to bring my passport. Is it a good sign to get the visa ?

I heard good news today....family base/immediate relative visa interview to be waived. Once u submitted enough evidence to prove marriage is genuine. How true is this guys

We already have a k1 that is a year old still at the USCIS stage awaiting approval and I have an opportunity to file H1B/EB3 visa . Will this have an effect on my already existing k1 status??.
