I heard good news today....family base/immediate relative visa interview to be waived. Once u submitted enough evidence to prove marriage is genuine. How true is this guys

We already have a k1 that is a year old still at the USCIS stage awaiting approval and I have an opportunity to file H1B/EB3 visa . Will this have an effect on my already existing k1 status??.
