US Immigration from Ghana

Hello everyone!

When my fianc arrived from Ghana, the CBP officer did not take his medical exam sealed envelope. During his medical exam he was not given any verification of his visit, like a vaccination record or copy of the chest x-ray and its results. He was told to provide the sealed envelope to CBP. In preparing our AOS packet, we are to provide either a copy of the DS-3025, medical receipt and cover letter OR form I-693. Should we simply mail the sealed envelope with our application OR open it to uncover its contents?

My mum has been documentary qualified on 02/14/2023 and documents to be forwarded to Ghana embassy for interview. We have been waiting since then. What is the way forward now? How do we go about getting interview date

Hello all I'm new here and new to everything. My fianc is here from Ghana. Been here off and on since November 2023. He came back for his six months this past August and his stay is until February 16, 2026. We are in Columbus, Ohio. We are planning to get married on January 26, 2026 and immediately start the AOS-I864 process to avoid him being in overstayed status. I see so many saying all this evidence and I'm nervous. We do not live together as we are waiting until we are married. Should we get married sooner? My income of support is more than enough so that's fine. We are just so new to this and I'm starting to think we may need to change our wedding date!1 ANY advice is welcome. PLEASE HELP thank you. ( we met after he already had his visa at church) He had no intent to marry!

My sister-in-law is currently at the NVC and her birth certificate is not being accepted. She is from Ghana and they are stating she needs secondary evidence such as a weigh in card frim her birth or baptismal certificate. She does not have either of these. Does anyone know what else she can provide?

I have a question. My spouse and I were living together since 2022 he arrived with K1 visa. We went for interview and got approved for 2yra now its time to apply for i751.. My only concern is last year june he got a job in another state. We have alot of bills, pictures and we had our big celebration of our vows with family and friends in January. I am about to mail the paper work in and I know i have to add our DL, this is a case where out addresses are not the same, what should I do? I have copies of the old DL with our addresses, should I include that and his current one showing that he iust changed his address this year or since we have enough evidence I shouldnt bother about it? We have car insurace, title, life insurance, health insurance from his work, pictures, bills, affidavit from friends
