I didn't see my son s interview letter, so he didn't attend the interview and l was asked to book new interview date on the consular website but they have no appointment dates and my son need medical emergency what should l do.

I need help to understand my case status on ceac,I was ask to submit updated tax transcript and i864 both petioner and sponsor which I did on 14/11/23 after two week I had update on 27/11/23 and today I check my status change to AP no more refuse with date change to 29/11/23.i need to understand members

Hello here, a little back story about my case(F2A with my child as derivative).

My current DQ is March 2023 and my husband filed a separate 1I30 for our child in August 2023. My husband has finally naturalized and we looking forward to upgrade my case.

However I m wondering if my son and I could be scheduled for same interview date; considering my husband is yet to request an expedite from USCIS to approve our child s case, then to NVC before getting DQ (which will hopefully be in December 2023 or January 2024).

My country has a year long wait from DQ to interview and I wouldn t want to have leave our child behind.

Hi vj fam. How do you make a submission to the embassy? Do you had the 221g letter to the document request by the counselor or You just send the requested document?
