US Immigration from Ghana

Hello Everyone,

Please i submitted my application the month I check my status in May, 2023 but still I have not received my interview date. When I check the visa bulletin for Africa for the month of February, my number fall within but still I have not received my date , is there something I need to do?

My mom had her interview last November. She was handed the 221g letter and she submitted the documents she was told to submit. 2 days after her interview, the embassy sent an email requesting that she and the petitioner are to have another interview together which they had today.

The people who interviewed her (not sure they were consular officers) said they are now going to give the report to their senior officers who will adjudicate the case and that my mom will hear from them when they are done adjudicating the case.

I want to know how long such cases take before adjudication.

What is the time difference between priority date been current and how long it takes to get an interview letter

Both of these were filed on this date , received a notice they are actively reviewing the form. Nothing since, He really needs his work permit.. Is there anything that can be done to get it sooner? He can get a job, He just needs the approval. He has a job waiting.
