0recently Filed An I30 form for a relative. I forgot to answer question number one . I recieved a I-797C Notice of Action stating missing information the first question wasnt answered. Along with the Appilcation, the cashier check, and supporting documents I submitted. green paper was attached as well if I choose to resubmit to place it on top stating a case wasn't created as well. My question and confusing is do i need to send a new filing fee or is my cashier check still valid for when i resumbit. cashier has been stamped by immigration and I sent it before April 1st . The fees have gone up as of April 1st so do i need to submit the new filing fee or what? and should i just answer question number one or refill out the new version of the i130 Appilcation.

Hello K1 visa applicants particularly those in Ghana. I am wondering how long it took for you to get to schedule an interview date. I hear there is a big backlog. Can anyone here from Ghana in this category give me an estimated interview date wait time.

Our lawyer recently uploaded our recent w2 on the ceac website

I just heard that it might change our dq and cause is to wait longer for an interview letter
Is that true please?
