US Immigration from Germany

Dear all,

My sister and I have discussed a possible I-130 sponsorship. My guesstimate is that this will take about 10 years or am I overly optimistic?

hoping to use the hive brain here once again, since my search of the forum did not come up with any specific recent answer to this.

I am currently living in the US under CR1 spousal visa. Currently no open petitions, removal of conditions is still a bit away.

I was made aware that it is my responsibility to notify USCIS of any changes of address, if my husband/I move.

Since our petitions were filed through my husbands USCIS online account (as he is the petitioner) - Can we use his account to notify address changes, or would that only count for him? Do I need to create my own account and link any previous petitions in order to have that track record of changing the address?

I can t really find a whole lot about the online change of address process. Only that there is a paper form we could file..

Has somebody recently moved and any insights?

I recently received a biometric appointment schedule in Honolulu, Hawaii location for my I-130 application. However, I moved to Germany in 2021 for a job under military contract and been here since. Does anyone know or a process you did in the past to request for relocation in Germany for biometric instead of Hawaii?

Hi,

I just received a notification that USCIS issued me a letter stating that due to my I-131 and that "Aliens seeking parole at a POE must now pay the Immigration Parole Fee or establish that an exception to the fee applies, effective immediately."

Now I'm wondering, I already have my greencard and would use this as my travel document as well as my passport and marriage certificate. Will I still have to pay the 1000$?
