US Immigration from Gambia

I have a very important question. ...My husband went to interview, had all the docs required of us, but at the end of the interview was told that they are sending our petition back to uscis for review. The paper did not say denied, it only said that they were sending it back. Does this mean that we are going to get a NOIR (notice of intent to revoke)?She said our anwsers didnt match and because we did not celebrate afterward that it wasnt real. She didnt even look at our proofs of me visiting every year or the photos we wanted to submit. Anybody experienced this before?

I got many traffic tickets throughout the last few years but I paid them all and my driving record is empty. I was able to obtain them online for 2 states where I paid them.

I have two questions:

1. Do I have to answer yes to the question related to citations/arrest?

2. If I answer yes, should I upload my driving record for each state or any state DMV would give me my records my the past 5 years?

Good morning, My husband received his visa a couple of hours ago and I was wondering if he was supposed to get the IR-1 or the CR-1 cause they gave him the IR-1 visa is this correct. We have been married over 2 years. Thank you
