US Immigration from Gambia

Hello. I filed my N400 application for naturalization in December 2023. It s been over a year now and I have still not gotten an interview or biometric scheduled. Why is it taking so long? What should I do next.
side note: I did receive a letter saying I may not need to do biometrics based on what they have on file for me. Please help.

If a lawful perm resident has a foreign born child outside of marriage, and they are less than 2 years old, can they bring the child over? please provide sources if you know

Hello , I need your help . My husband was cited a citation for family violence. It was assault by contact . am I supposed to report to uscis because someone told me to and they told me get a lawyer. I'm afraid . He has to move out because he called the manager and got her involved and she asked me. I told her was charged because he was trying to throw me under the bus anyway.

Hello, my oath ceremony is coming and I wonder if I can take my backpack with me. That was not a problem during my interview at the USCIS office but I will take my oath in a court in DC. And my letter says no guest allowed

Does anyone have any experience taking oath in a DC court or a court in general ?

We ve already submitted and received confirmation for our DS-160, however when we attempted to pay the fees. We get a message saying we need to fill out the DS-160. It s been less than a year since we submitted it. Please see attachment picture for reference. Any guidance how to move pass this would be appreciated. Thanks.
