My wife filed i-130 online for me. We submitted all the supporting documents online as well. we noticed I did not include all my addresses for the pass 5 years in the i-130A. My case is being actively reviewed. I updated my I-130A and resubmitted it. Does resubmitting my I-130A have a negative impact on my petitions? I m getting really worried.

Is it true that if you file a k-3 petition after you have filed cr-1 You will get a quick response. and also if the k-3 is approved will the beneficiary have to go back to his country for interview abt the cr-1?

When sending in rfe's to NVC...Do you have to download them or can you send via mail? I have heard that you must down load them. through CEAC, idont even know what CEAC is. Can somebody please clue me in.

I married while still using my last husband's surname. will that be a problem when they see that on my tax return? Even tho i sent them the divorce decree. and the divorce decree clearly states that i am keeping his sur name. please respond quickly this thought is haunting me.
