US Immigration from France

Good morning friends it has been awhile since I have been here. I have an uncle who has an expired green card that expired about 25 years ago. Can he reopen it again or does he need to reapply all over again to come to the usa? He over stayed where he lives now due to family matters. What can I do for him from here in the US. Your help is truly appreciated.

Can some of you who have been through EB2 NIW consular processing share your interview experience? How did you prepare? What to expect etc.? Any statistics on approvals at CP? Thanks

I sent my AOS package with I-765 I-131 and obviously i-485.

Received NOA1 for I-765 and I-131 after a week but now it s been 3 weeks and still no NoA1 for I-485 it s really curious is it normal?

I contacted USCiS through the live chat on their website, they were able to send me the I-485 case number, I entered in the Statut Check and they notify that i have a Biometric scheduled But still no letter for Biometric and NoA1

Weird

Is that anyone that have had the same experience?

I've my son who will be 18 by end of 2023, he is living abroad in Europe with a family member. Is filing N-600K a valid option and what is the difference in terms of timeline and cost vs. I-130/NVC,...etc

My wife/his mum passed away while we were living in Europe and he was 10 years old, we decided to keep him in the same school and continue to live with his Grandma. There is no objection to bring him to live in the US however I'm looking for a shorter and easier path.
