US Immigration from France

I've my son who will be 18 by end of 2023, he is living abroad in Europe with a family member. Is filing N-600K a valid option and what is the difference in terms of timeline and cost vs. I-130/NVC,...etc

My wife/his mum passed away while we were living in Europe and he was 10 years old, we decided to keep him in the same school and continue to live with his Grandma. There is no objection to bring him to live in the US however I'm looking for a shorter and easier path.

I would like to know if it s possible to be granted a US immigrant on a French refugee passport ? My spouse is a USC and I was granted asylum in France with a 10 years resident card. And secondly if NVC approves all your documents does that mean all your documents is good to go. ??

Hi,
I sent all my AOS package (from K1), and it got returned because I used an old version of the i-485 and not the new 12/23/22 version.
Everything has been stapled in small piles, including the wrong I-485, which has been stapled with some evidences, the green letter and the check, all together.
I read on this forum that I shouldn't unstaple anything and sent everything as it is with the new form. But what about the evidences stapled with the old I-485? Should I juste unstaple the form and keep the vidences together ?
There is another pack stapled with some other evidences. juste don't want to confuse the officer that review it. Since it got send back "unorganized", maybe it is like they never saw it?

Sorry my English is bad but hopefully you guys will understand.
My concerns is now I m married to a USC we met here in Paris few years ago now we want to file our I 130 petition. We got married end of December. The thing is when I was a kid around 7 I was petitioned by my parents in the US via the I 730 form for asylum went to the Us stay for few years but after my Parents got divorced it was really hard for them; so my Grandparents took us back to our home country to take care of us( me and my siblings) since the divorce was so hard on my parents they didn t really have time for us we were under 18. Now that I m 26 married, I still have my SSN, I 94 etc Do you guys think since I was in the Us and left will be a problem on my new mariage case ? And should I provide my SSN in the form if asked ?
