US Immigration from Egypt

Hi All,

My wife was DQ'd last month and wanting to see if expediting my case for one of the following reasons would be appropriate. I know it's hard to tell but any info can help.

1) my newborn son is currently with his mom. He was born in Egypt and is a US Citizen who has his CRBA certificate and passport. He is currently getting sick a lot due and has a weakened immune system due to the poor hygiene in the country. I'd like for him to come to America to get treated but he obviously can't be here without his mom.

2) I have a major shoulder issue that requires surgery. I have no one to support me so I'd like to see if my wife can have an expedited interview to come support me.

Hello filing taxes has been a pain. Spouse doesn t have an Itin number and it s impossible to get it unless he mails his passport to me or I take it with me to us which lawyer is advising against both. Accountant said he can file a paper return and write Non Resident Alien in place of the Ss#. He said these are taking about 5 months to get processed. If the i130 gets approved soon I m gonna be screwed waiting for that return. Anyone dealing with this? Filing single instead of married?

Recently I entered the states after recieving F3 visa ( me, spouse and son)

we all left USA as we still have obligations outside USA.

we all recieved our social security number

My son and my wife received their green card ( me not yet)

my question ?
how long could we stay outside USA?

Hello all, my wife trying to file form I-864

in part 6 item 7 my current individual annual income

she knows to calculate her annual income, but the question is

her ex passed away and she have 2 sons under 18y and social security pays monthly for her sons.

does she have to include this income in the annual income or what?

Hello Guys, I have Applied for my brothers to come to the US in 2020 and 2021. USCIS sent me the approval letter in October 2023. I tried to start my NVC process today, but I found the following message:

Due to the numerical limitations on immigrant visa issuance prescribed by law, this petition is not eligible for further processing at this time. The National Visa Center (NVC) will retain the petition until an immigrant visa becomes available. The NVC will notify the petitioner, principal applicant, or attorney of record when this petition is eligible for further processing. The principal applicant should not make any firm plans such as disposing of property, giving up jobs, or making travel arrangements at this time.

I couldn't pay the fees and the fees choose is highlighted (grayed).

The interview in Jerusalem, Israel.

Priority date : NOV 25 the 2020.

what I'm I expecting here?
