US Immigration from Dominican Republic

Hello,

My husband has his biometrics appointment this Friday 9/10/21. Is an interpreter really needed? I'm planning on going with him to his appointment but, will I be able to go in with him if he does need an interpreter?

I had my interview in another state. me and my husband had to travel for over 15 hours to get there. I changed the address with them previously and they sent it to my old address. We told the officer that and the officer checked in the computer and confirmed that we indeed changed the address, After the interview my officer said that she needs to send everything to an officer in the state I m in so he/she make the decision.

My I-130 is approved.

Is there any factors that could impact some sort of delay? When I should like okay I need to contact somebody ?

What can I do?

Is there such a thing as a probationary period after naturalization. I often here people saying that even if you become a citizen you could still have your citizenship revoke. The 3 reasons i know of are if you willingly give up your citizen status, if you refuse to testify in congress, and if you lie on your application or if you belong to any terrorist organization. But is there really a probationary period that you cant get convicted of a crime if you are you could be deported and have your citizenship revoke.

We are waiting for a decision on my husbands AOS. We had our interview already but they gave an rfe for medical. We sent that in but haven't gotten any update at all. He does have his EAD/AP document and I wanted to know if hypothetically speaking we travel abroad and his AOS is denied what would happen? I know once the petition is denied the EAD is void. Would he be able to enter the country again?
