Since the estimated processing time has dropped drastically I wanted to see how fast now everyone s petitions are being approved. I am hoping mine is approved by June. Hello. I have already filed my I-130 and I did not submit any pictures, or proof of marriage other than the required documents. My lawyer said I would not need to show my pictures, and other proof of marriage until my husband has his actual interview. Is this correct?

My case is being processed in the California service center even though i reside in North Carolina. I was wondering what is the likelihood that my case will be transferred to a different service center?

Hi, so finally I'm able to file to remove the conditions on my gc, it's going to be a late filling due to financial hardship and health issues. I know I have to send in a letter explaining why it's so late but I would like to know what else I have or should I send with my forms also can I pay with a credit card for this? Any help is greatly appreciated.
