US Immigration from Dominican Republic

My husband filing date is nov 19, 2021 for I-485, I-130, I-765. On dec 23, 2021 got his biometrics done. On feb 1,2022 they received the evidence for I-485 since then we having received a case update. So a lawyer in tictok made of video if your case is pass the processing time you are able to send an inquiry request, so I did. And today my husband checks to see any updates on the online we made. And he see that on the case it says case closed on the left corner. Reminding the case status Still says that on feb 1, 2022 the received evidence. I just want to know what does the case closed mean?

I-130 online application In the section that asks for employment information about the beneficiary, it says if you are currently unemployed to type that in as your response. I m a disabled US veteran and have been on compensation for more than the 5 years employment they are asking for. Do I write in the employment section US Dept Veteran Affairs and their address and the date my compensation began, and then provide explanation in the section other information ?. It s kind of like being retired because my disability is permanent and my compensation is indefinite.

I m a US citizen filing two I-130 petitions online, one for my spouse and the other for my stepson who is a toddler child. When I get to the review and sign part of the application will they accept my typing in my full legal name as my signature or do I need to print out the I-130 , sign it and upload it as well? I don t want an RFE for not signing. Some people I know in a different group were saying that I have to do both, print sign and online sign.

We had put my step daughter on the K1 but to follow. Since my husband has his Permanent Resident Card any advice as to what we can do to file a petition for his daughter? Any correct suggestions are appreciated.

A friend of mine was petition last year for her mon, her mon is permanent resident.

my friend got married on april , and her husband will petition her.

the question is: does her mon need withdrawal her petition before her husband submit a new petition?

or she can submit the new petition without withdrawal her mon petition?
