Hello everyone! I just got my approval from uscis but I was thinking ahead and had a question. Estimating on the country my husband is coming from and the way they are scheduling interviews at his embassy he should be here within the next 7 months. Which puts him at having an interview in February or March. My question is if my husband has his interview before taxes for the year 2022 can be filed or before the tax return is processed for 2022 does that mean he will need to provide the tax return from our joint sponsor of year 2021?
