Hello everyone. Currently how long is it taking the NVC to review documents?

First of all i apologize if this is in the wrong topic. Today i my job one of my fellow managers were in the process of hiring a candidate and the gentleman green card was expired. I overheard her telling him that unfortunately she wasnt able to hire him because his green card was expired even though he provided his renewal notices that extends his legal status for 12 months. I remember someone here posting a policy that makes it illegal for employers to deny employment to LPR s with expired documents can you guys direct me to the USCIS policy that protects LPRs from employment discrimination.

My ex husband came over on an I-129 fiance visa. I sponsored him. We were married 12 years then divorced. Since the divorce I have not heard from him and do not know if he is here in the US or in his home country.

Now I am remarried and doing a CR-1 with my current husband. Do I count my ex on my affidavit of support? I have tried basic search engines etc to find my ex and come up with nothing.

I have been told two different things. I have been told that myself (the petitioner) does not need to provide proof of domicile as long as my address is correct on the AOS paperwork. Is this correct, please help me

Hello everyone. I paid my fees on Monday and they just posted to my bank account this morning. But on my account in NVC it still says IN PROCESS. Does it still take a day or two for that to change to PAID?
