US Immigration from Dominican Republic

Good morning, I m trying to help my mother in law with her visa application. I want to make sure that I m correct. Once paying the fee for the application I schedule the interview and the fingerprints? She is insisting that she should do her fingerprints now even though the earliest interview date is for June 2026. She has been denied several times in the past when applying for the tourist visa and I m wondering if it s because she was getting her fingerprints done too far in advance. Any suggestions or advice?

My mother had her biometric appointment yesterday, but they didn't take her fingerprints just the picture, is that usual ?

I just submitted my fathers-in-law CIVIL Documents on CEAC and realized that the PASSPORT BIOGRAPHIC PAGE that I submitted was from the Petitioner (my husband) and not of my father's-in-law. Ugh.... I will be submitting my fathers-in-law correct information now but how likely will it be of us getting a RFE for not submitting the proper information on the proper tab?
