US Immigration from Dominican Republic

Hi there,

Can anyone tell me if the Embassy in Santo Domingo requires original documents (i.e. birth certificate and police report) to be translated into English? My fiance lives in Dominican Republic and of course his documents are in Spanish but I was wondering if they needed to be translated? I would think not but I just want to be sure. Any information would be helpful. Thanks.

Good afternoon guys just submitted att doc to ceac. Hopefully they get DQd fast. Anyways I was wondering what is the next step. How will be notifies of the Interview will the post on that website. Letter in the mail or email. Also will we have to submit the civil documents again tot he US embassy in DR. Thanks I m advance for your help.

What month does USCIS is working right now k1?

Trying to get all paperwork ready to upload to NVC can I request the no criminal background now. And does it have to be translated.

I was previously including a 2023 shipping dates chart that s created based off last years data, but I ve been told the shipping dates have changed this year and I have not located an accurate chart.
