Just concerned as the derivative children of F3 are getting older. How would it work in this case?

F3 Category

PD: June 2013

Approval Date: December 2020

Country of residence: Dominican Republic

Children of F3 DOB: July 2001 (current age is 21), August 2003 and August 2005

Would the children be covered by CSPA?

Any additional documents that need to be filled before/when the visa becomes available?

Anything to expedite "when a visa becomes available" (I know wishful thinking)?

Can anyone tell me if the Embassy in Santo Domingo requires original documents (i.e. birth certificate and police report) to be translated into English? My fiance lives in Dominican Republic and of course his documents are in Spanish but I was wondering if they needed to be translated? I would think not but I just want to be sure. Any information would be helpful. Thanks.

Good afternoon guys just submitted att doc to ceac. Hopefully they get DQd fast. Anyways I was wondering what is the next step. How will be notifies of the Interview will the post on that website. Letter in the mail or email. Also will we have to submit the civil documents again tot he US embassy in DR. Thanks I m advance for your help.
