US Immigration from Dominican Republic

I hope someone can help me.

I am filing for my parents who live outside the US.

I am filing out the i-130 form online and it asked me these questions.

-Have you EVER previously filed a petition for this beneficiary or any other alien? Yes or No (I answered yes because I filled out the form for my mother last night).

My question is When it says where the petition was filed, does it mean the state I live in or the service center that received it?

What would the result section be since the case will be in processing? (Should I write Pending? ).

I was wondering if my husband should go ahead and apply for his social security number or just do it when applying to adjust status? Is it better to get that first? Please advise. Any information would be a great help. Thank you.

I am writing in hopes that someone can help me with information pertaining to form I-131. When completing should my husband check the advance parole box or another box? It just seems like the advance parole is requesting travel for an emergency situation and that doesn't apply to him. I thought it was just a form for regular travel. I am a little confused. Also, what location do we send all forms to? We are going to send all together at the same time. Please help. Thank you!

How many ppl like myself have finish their immigration journey but still come to websites like VJ and others just to learn and help others?. Even though i finished my immigration journey a little over a year ago im still intrigue and amaze about the whole immigration process. I come in here everyday to learn and to help others that were in my situation of starting a process like my N-400 without knowing anything about it or all the resources that were available like VJ that could have helped me understand and made the whole process a lot less stressful.
