US Immigration from Dominican Republic

Please help me clarify:

I have 4 I130 approvals that went to NVC separately with separate receipt and invoice numbers (husband + 3 step kids). I am assuming NVC knows the cases are connected because when I paid the affidavit fee in the main applicant account (hubby's) it won't allow me to pay again in the other three NVC cases. My question is ? Do I upload 4 separates I864 forms under each case? or how does it work?

in the form it looks like my step children are not derivatives so they need their own and I cannot list them as a accompany family members.

i am trying to avoid a RFE and get document qualified right away. Please help me.

I did submit a K3 two weeks after receiving approval notice.

Hello, i was not sure where to post these questions, if the family based forum or student exchange one.

I came here because a friend told me very good about this forum, I know I have to complete the profile, but I hope you forgive me, I'm going to do it later, since I'll still be here for a long time.

I am currently waiting for my priority date

I am applying for the F24 visa and my priority is F2B.

I don't know if that information is useful to you.

i currently have a tourist visa (B1/B2).
I work online and have my virtual company so i have lot of flexibility to work from anywhere.

And here are my two questions:
1- Can i stay i the United States until I get notified for my interview?
(since B1/B2 Visa can let you legally stay for only 6 months, (i would stay in 5 months intervals just to keep it healthy) would that affect my process?

2- I am interested in an internship for my career, it is a very good program for my area and all my friends who have applied have been accepted. I never applied because i was afraid it could interfere with my immigration process.

But i am still interested.

The program would request a J1 i think, if i apply, and they file for a j1 request for me, Would that affect my immigration process? would that affect my B1/B2 visa?, would the J1 be denied?

My case is on NVC already, I submitted all the paperwork on June 6 and I forgot the marriage certificate! On June 20 they send me an email saying to please submit the marriage certificate in which I did the same day. Does anyone knows how long NVC takes to review the resubmitted paperwork? Thank you in advance for the answers!

I go to court next month for another hearing in my divorce. The judge said the following:

Defendant, who is from the Dominican Republic, alleged that, pursuant to the paperwork the parties had completed to sponsor Defendant s entry into the United States, Plaintiff was financially obligated to support her while she resided in the United States.

What does that mean? She never aquired a green card and is out of status right now. How do I explain to the judge I'm not her sponsoer anymore? The 485 has been denied. She has no basis for being here anymore. I realize she an re-apply for wavier and try to self petition.
