Welcome and Congratulations on your approval! This thread was created for those who are waiting for their NOA2 K-1 case assignment from NVC and then tracking your case onwards to your Embassy. A few helpful NVC links: NVC phone number is (603)334-0888 Please note: They are currently NOT answering queries over the phone! They are answering through the below emails : NVCinquiry@state.gov OR NVCResearch@state.gov Once you ve received your NVC case number you can track your case online using the following link, until it is sent to your embassy: https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx?App=IV If you need to submit an inquiry, change an address , or need to update your info in anyway NVC also has a public inquiry form where you can submit your request as well as other requests: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/visa-information-resources/ask-nvc.html Also, inside the attached PDF below are a few tips, tricks and hacks to help you along the way. These are items that everyone asks for, so they have been very helpfully put together by senior VJ Member Greenbaum for you to refer to when necessary. If you are new to this thread, please read these first as these are the most asked questions. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1nfin98c33IEpB0T0FlURERriblYmlm5O/view?usp=sharing NVC sends petitions to the embassy every two weeks on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. A FB group has created a shipping chart for 2023 that you can use to track when the next shipment date will be. It seems to line up with all the dates I ve seen so far so I think it s accurate and will include it below.

Hello, I have a question and I don't know if this is the right place, I'm asking for your help. I am in the process of waiting for a residency visa appointment. A few months ago I bought some air tickets with my credit card, and two days later I paid for it. Months later the bank is charging me money, and when I find out, the bank tells me that they are the air tickets that I bought, they say that they were 2 months and 11 days in transit! something that is illegal in this country, apart from the fact that I understand that by regulation, the airline cannot board a passenger without having collected their money, but that is not the issue, meanwhile, the bank has not been able to explain to me Where has the money I paid you for those tickets months ago gone? I am currently in a legal process with the bank, and yesterday the bank threatened me saying that they WILL NOTIFY the embassies and consulates accredited to my country so that they are aware of my alleged bad credit behavior. While i solve this situation, can that affect me in my residence visa process?

Hi everyone! I can't decide if I am overthinking or underthinking my written response to how I met my fiance on the I-129f. I have reviewed the visa guides which have been really helpful in helping me to collect the "evidence" that we have met and in fact have an ongoing relationship, but I can't seem to find a clear answer on how much detail is or is not needed on the actual petition form. Long story short, we met through mutual friends while I was on vacation in Dominican Republic so it's a relatively easy story to tell. I can definitely provide details on how many times we saw each other during that initial visit, who introduced us, where we went, etc. Also, should I provide the entire written timeline of our relationship as well (the follow-up visits, when we got engaged, etc)? I would very much appreciate some feedback on how you all handled this portion!
