US Immigration from Dominican Republic

Hi,

I know we have been waiting for so long for an approval, but anyone else freaking out about the possibility that it will actually be a reality (maybe soon)?

I have been in a long distance relationship for a while now and the thought of actually closing the gap can be daunting.

We haven't actually spent more than a few weeks together, in vacation mode basically. What if we don't live well together? What if we argue a lot? What if I find things about my partner that I never knew about/didn't expect?....

Like most things, you want something so bad and for so long when you actually get it, your like what now?

Idk, just my anxious thoughts.

My mom s lawyer submitted I-485 & I-601 concurrently in August. She got an RFE recently asking for evidence of lawful admission, such as I-94. She obviously doesn t have her I-94 since she entered the US illegally, which is why her lawyer filled I-601. Does anyone know why they are still asking for the I-94 when she submitted the I-601?

We have spoken to her lawyer, I just wanted to see if someone who has gone through this knows the answer.

I applied for green card with my wife before apr 30 2001 with the 245i reform 485 biometrics work permit etc we cannt never make it to first interview never receive the second or was lost during that time we separete still married dont know where is she at present day

was here before dec 2001 as the reform asked

Well it never show of in my daughter filling she never tried to add it thinking the office or system will ask for any other proof

Im getting crazy because a lawyer that i call to ask about it he mentioned to me dont go to DR because you would be denied and wont come back

If this ia true what option do we have due to the short of time please

NVC sends petitions to the embassy every two weeks on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. A FB group has created a shipping chart for 2023 that you can use to track when the next shipment date will be. It seems to line up with all the dates I ve seen so far so I think it s accurate and will include it below.
