This thread was created for those who are waiting for their NOA2 K-1 case assignment from NVC and then tracking your case onwards to your Embassy.

Your case will be forwarded from USCIS to NVC shortly (cases have been taking 30-60 days to reach NVC. Please be patient). Once your case has arrived at NVC , you will be assigned a new case number (your old USCIS case number will not give you any NVC updates).

NVC sends petitions to the embassy every two weeks on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I noticed a 2025 shipping calendar being shared so I have included it below.

You can use that calendar to track when the next shipment date will be.

I submitted an AOS application for my k2, everything was going great, till i received an RFE on the I-864, I resubmitted everything they requested but case was Denied ( due to an error in my part), now i'm resubmitting everything from scratch, should i resubmit an I-765 form also, since my child already got an SS #, or is that considered denied also.

I just receive the notice hat my son already got the visa interview appointment.

Within the documents he must bring to the interview says that he need:

• Appointment Letter The interview appointment letter you received from NVC.

IS that a physical letter? or can it be the printed email i received?

Because we have not received any physical letter.

I'm a spouse Of LPR.

My priority date is November 28th 2020.

I want to know what is the current wait time for interview in bahamas for my category which is F2a.

Writing for a friend: Dad is a US citizen, wife and son came to the country last year under the Biden Parole program.

He's going to file for Adjustment of status for his wife, what about his son?

Does he just apply for US passport for his son since he's now a US citizen and the child is now in the country?

Is there an option when filing for adjustment of status to add his son to it?
