US Immigration from Colombia

Hello everyone! So I got an e-mail saying that my interview has been scheduled and I would like to know if it's possible to change my name at the day of the interview and what evidence do I need to show? I would like to change it to my married name but I still have my Social security card and work permit under my birth name. I would appreciate the help!

I filed taxes jointly with my husband for the past 5 years , last year I stopped working for the first time due to pandemic , but restarted working on October which on my 2020 taxs on my side shows a little money but joining my husband when up to 55000 dollars on 2020 , there are two form I 864 and I 864A , which sure I fill out and under my name or my husband's name ?? A little confused

is it possible to have monther in law apply for hb1 visa to be our nanny? dont want to break any laws just checking

I am a US citizen and my wife is from Bogota, Colombia. I filed my I-130 on 12 October 2020, received and responded to an RFE in January and received the USCIS actively reviewing your case on 9 February 2021. My case is at the California Service Center and is in the "actively review" category now for 77 days. I have been mostly unsuccessful in getting anyone on the phone but when I do, I get the same response as the automated system...USCIS is within the timeline for reviewing your case...bye! I finally used the ask Emma option and was connected to an agent. He/she told me that my clock didn't start until the day they opened my file and that USCIS now as almost 2 years to make a decision. Does that sound right. I also asked my wife to check with the agency that helps put the other forms together after the I-130 is approved and they recommended that I stop inquiring because that only makes things worse. Any recommendations on what I need to do or do I just sit back in limbo for up to 2 years?

We filed a I-751 in June of 0219 and a N0400 in July of 2020. An interview was scheduled for N-400 on April 8 which we postponed and USCIS said they would reschedule. On April 9 we received notice that the USCIS had approved the I-751 without an interview. However, it stated, "Our records also indicate that we have approved your Form N-400." "Because we also approved your N-400, you will not receive a new" green card. However, a week later a notice of interview for N-400 arrived for May 18. The two notices are in conflict with each other and we still don't have a new green card only an "adit stamp." Anyone have a similar experience?
