    Good afternoon, I have some questions , I became USA citizen, I applied to bring my mom from cuba to US, I am married I file taxes joinly with my wife , but I want to use my sister income because we have already so many dependents on our income, What form should I fill out for my sister witch live at different house and has her own income ,?     Good afternoon , I have a quick question for those that recently has gotten the immigrant visa , my mom when to the interview , the supposed to give her the paper call uscis immigrant paper work to pay visa fee, but she stated she did not get any paper at the interview time, The issued the visa and we are waiting for it but I am just wondering if that paper has to be given the interview day.

    I am very concern due to I filled out I 864 and I 864A last year before the form were update. I got a new job as well this year , my mom is having the IR5 appt tomorrow , do we need a new I 864 and I 86 4A? I have done couple of things, but not sure if right.

    I HAD A MISTAKE BY PUTTING 1 CHILD TO MY MOM'S DS 260 FORM WHEN WE ARE TWO CHILDREN , AND I AM THE PETITIONER , PLEASE PLEASE HELPPPPPPPPPP , SHE HAS AN INTERVIEW SCHEDULE NEXT WEEK. CAN THAT DELAY THE PROCESS?
