US Immigration from Colombia

So my perm rez wife wants her adult daughter to come for a visit. Her daughter isn t currently employed but she is enrolled in a university. Would that normally be enough ties to home country?

My friend got married with a Colombian girl in the usa but she went back to Colombia to wait for interview for her and her kids. she and 1 kid got approved. My friend checked web site and saw other kid got denied but no reason why, and it was 7 days ago. So wondering how they can find out why and how to appeal that

My wife and I married in 2015, she got her green card, which lists her as a resident since 03/20/2017. She'd like to start her citizenship process. Part of that is to list of all her time out of the country. That time should be visible through her I-19 records. But when I go search for them at the government web site nothing shows up. I did this once before about a year ago and got everything. So what's up? Anyone know why the I-94 records for someone might no longer be visible? We're going to have a much harder time coming up with an accurate list, if we have to piece it together from documents.

Any suggestions?

So after almost two years of waiting through this process my wife went to her interview. She was there alone and the interviewing officer didn't look at her the entire time, just asked her question after question, which se was able to answer without issue. So when it was over they told her that she would need to provide further documentation, two specific documents. They also said to send these documents via courier to Bogota along with her passport which we already did last week. The strange thing is that when i check the DS-260 status it says "refused". I'm wondering why they would ask her to send her passport along with the documents? That is a critical document that my wife needs to travel and I'm wondering how long it will be held at the embassy? Anyone else experience anything like this?

Today we registred the interview appointment for my husband. Enter the CEAC account and download the Tax transcription 2020, I wanted to update the DS260 but there I do not see it . where I can call or send email to request open the DS260?
