US Immigration from Colombia

I married a lady using the K-1 visa back in about 2008. We had a child together shortly after she arrived. We divorced in 2016.

Now in 2025, I am considering marrying another foreign lady. I have some baggage that might be harmful to my case, so I want to run it by the forum and let me know what you all think.

1. We got food stamps from 2010-2012.

2. I, and my ex-wife and our child are still on the California Medi-Cal program. I never renew it but seems to auto renew every year. It helps my ex-wife out quite a bit, as her income isn't very high, so I haven't been proactive in insisting they terminate the coverage. I don't want to rock her boat and I am guessing California may think we are still together, and they despite me not completing their required paperwork for at least 10 years, it just keep auto renewing.

I'm wondering if these issues are going to be obstacles for me if I apply for a K-1 in 2025. For the record, I would meet the income/asset threshold to bring somebody here on a K-1.

Looking for some clarity. My nephew had brought in his Fianc on the K-1 and they got married within the 90 days, but they filed the I-485 after the 90days (like 2 weeks after the 90 days expired). Would this trigger an RFE or something? Do they need to file something additional?

The year year mark is coming up in March 2025 for my wife and stepson since they were issued green cards. I plan on applying in January 2025 I think the onlike fee for the n400 applicaton is $710. Do I pay that fee for each my wife an step son who is 16 years old? Or is there a better way to do it?

My fianc e and I are getting married later this month and I'm preparing the forms beforehand so I have everything ready to send as soon as we receive the marriage certificate. I have a few questions about how my future wife should fill out form I-130A.

-Maybe I'm missing it, but I don't see the option to fill out this one online. If I'm filing the I-130 online, do I then attach the I-130A in the Evidence section?

-I understand that since my future spouse lives outside the United States she does not need to sign the form. However, of course we'll have the opportunity for her to do so at our wedding. Is it better if it does in fact have her signature?

-One question asks "Last Physical Address Outside the United States of more than a year." She's lived at her current address less than a year, so does this mean the last place where she lived at least one year? She'll of course provide full address history for past 5 years in the supplementary section as instructed.

-Is it ok for me to be the person listed as her interpreter, or do we need to have a 3rd party interpret?
