US Immigration from Colombia

My wife's father had a heart attack on Saturday. We are waiting for adjustment of status and she hasn't been approved to travel yet. I called uscis today (Tuesday) since it was a 3 day weekend (of course it happened on the first day of 3) to schedule an emergency advanced parole meeting. They haven't called back, but I think the customer service rep said we needed a translated notarized document proving the medical urgency.

I need to know what exactly they will want to see. She's got over 10 pages of medical documentation, but at $50 a page that will get quite expensive. We want to make sure we have the necessary evidence too.

Also does it need to be notarized? Or can we pay an online service and get a certified copy emailed to me? I'm worried by the time we can get the paperwork it could be too late for her to see her father.

I am medically retired from thr US Army. I receive VA and SSDI.

I file taxes just to file, but only put one dollar to be digitally sent using turbo tax. I would need to provide a letter that I don't make taxable income as well. None of my monies are taxable.

What would be the best way to submit documents? I could easily send award letters. I just want to be in the safe side. Should I show my bank statements three years back? Kind of like do a filter to show all the dates that money was deposited into my account goin back three years?

I access my timeline, I want to update the I751 dates but cannot figure out how to do this. I click on the various boxes but no way to update. Is there a site admin that can direct me?

Hello Visa Journey family & friends,

On our IR 1 VISA NVC Has TWICE rejected my wife"s birth certificate and our marriage certificate , I am so confused as to why. I am the petitioner and live in California and my wife is in Colombia, we submitted both our original Colombian Marriage Certificate & her Birth certificate and had them also translated to English, notorized in California. Since this has happened to us twice I'm thinking the docs need to be translated to english notarized apostille done IN Colombia.

This is so frustrating and could use some wise advise.
