US Immigration from Colombia

general waiver is for someone who has filed a petition in the past?

Can you tell me which is better to file. Here is my situation:

I am living in Colombia with my fiance. I don't plan on returning to the United States until she receives a visa. If she doesn't receive a visa then we will stay in Colombia.

Last night I started filling out the 129f but wondered if it might be better to fill out the 130. Plus, I like that we can file the 130 online. We can get married now while living in Colombia and then could file the 130. But it really comes down to which route would allow us to travel to the USA quicker.

So which is better?

I am having a difficult time with the birth certificates of my wife. There are 4 pages...2 pages in English and 2 in Spanish. I can't reduce the size to get to 2 MB. Can I upload the 4 documents separatelyy? I have compressed them and combined the PDFs. I get an error message that the upload is too large. I am not sure what I am doing wrong.

Any help would be appreciated.

Request for Evidence (FORM I-485)

Here, USCIS is requesting the medical examination and also the Covid 19 vaccine series. Is this mandatory?

Your advise is appreciated.

A medical exam is required before the interview. The US medical community has a better system for record keeping than a lot of other countries. My question is has anyone had the experience of going to the medical exam with few records on what vaccinations they have had over the years? If so what was the process to complete that part of the exam?
