Should we wait for the embassy to receive our case before filing this or do we need to fill this out before the interview. I'm reading conflicting information online. Appreciate everyone's guidance and experience.

We received the notice of petition approval last month in June, approval said 3-4 weeks for another letter about case creation but we're at the end of that and heard nothing. When can we expect the interview. Looks like people are waiting months for an interview after the petition approval letter, I hope I'm wrong.

Hello everyone! We are getting ready to apply early for Citizenship and I think I have most things gathered already. Quick question about the marriage certificate! Ours was translated and notarized back when we were married in 2020. It was "faithfully and accurately" translated here in the U.S, but the "Commission" stamp of the notary expired this year in April 2023. Not sure if this detail matters. Would it be valid anyway? Or do you all think I would have to get the document re-translated? Thank you so much! - Geraldine and Juan

Hello Community! My wife is pregnant with twins and I ve just secured a job in her home country. We should be gone for about a year. We want to do the process (i131) right and ask for the travel document before leaving if possible. We need to go back because we don t have any support here and we already have one child. My question is do we: 1. Do the application online 2. Mail it in 3. do the application abroad when we get to her home country thanks! Any advice is appreciated!!
