Hello New Here looking for some clarity on a question in the I-130 application, question 59A asks to list the address we have lived together. I have visited my wife many times in Cali, Colombia and stayed at our apartment there when I visit. so the question is if the visits were only for 2 weeks do they count as living together ? thank you in advance for any advice on this .

Hi everybody, My fianc e I got our NOA2 on December 14 and were notified by NVC that the file was sent on January 16, and we finally got our visa instruction from the US Embassy in Bogot , Colombia on Monday (February 26). When we logged in to make an appointment, the site said that there are no appointments available and to check back "in a few days." Does anybody have any recent experience with making an appointment in Bogot and could give us an idea on how often they open new appointments? The info on the embassy page here says the update the open appointments around the 15th of each month, however that page was last updated in 2019 so I'm wondering if anyone has more recent experience. Thanks!

I751 Petition to Remove Conditions has been approved. 10 year Green Card is supposed to arrive within 60 days. Wife has Expired Card with 48 month extention (through Aug. 2025) which she has been traveling with (Colombian - North Carolina) in the past couple of years with no problem. She has ticket for Colombia in one month. I have read on USCIS site whether she needs to have an I-551 stamp or not but it is not clear to me. Can she continue to travel with expired card and valid extension or does she need the I-551 stamp before another trip? Anyone with experience with this?
