ROC Package Sanity Check

Our ROC package is done. We're going to do one final look-over tonight and then ship it via UPS tomorrow. Here's what we have. Does this look complete?

I'm paranoid I missed something super obvious and will get this BEAST of an application sent back to me. Our window opened Feb 7 so we'll ship Feb 9 (tomorrow) to be safe. Hopefully USCIS will get it by Friday and then we don't need to worry about it for a while.

Application:

0. Cover Letter

1. Check for $680

2. I-751 application and G-1145 forms

3. Copy of wife's 2-year green card

4. Copy of marriage certificate

5. Driver licenses (showing same address)

Evidence:

Family

- Birth certificate of child born to me and my wife

- My wife's daughter s (my stepdaughter's) immigration information (I filed an I-130 for her in late 2018 she immigrated to the USA in Jan 2020)

- Stepdaughter's US school info showing me and my wife as her contacts

Financials

- Several joint checking and savings accounts (Bank of America, Schwab Jan 2020 and Jan 2021 full statement)

- Joint Vanguard investment account (Jan 2020 and Jan 2021 full statement)

- Vehicle, life, umbrella, health insurance

- 401k/IRA beneficiary information

- 2018 and 2019 federal tax transcripts (haven't filled 2020 yet)

Assets

- County document showing me and my wife as joint owners of our house

- 2021 proposed property tax with both of our names

- Title to jointly-owned car we bought last year

- Joint cell phone account

Other

- Joint flight information for several trips taken together since 2017, including trip we took to bring stepdaughter to USA

- 2017-2021 photo book

Hi, may 19 filer here, I got scheduled for a oath ceremony three days ago, since then under the Document section on myUSCIS account, I don t see the letter. And it used to have this one sentence saying something about below is the notice USCIS have sent you if you don t see the notice check back in a few days , but now this sentence is gone.

I was just wondering is USCIS still uploading PDF letters?

if they still do how fast would it show up?

Greatly appreciated for anyone sharing your situation!

ASK FOR HELP ABOUT WHEN AND WHERE TO SUBMIT THE WAIVER i212 AND i601

Hey everyone, I have a question that I can't seem to find the answer to, and I'd really appreciate any advice you can offer
Backstory: I was ordered removed at a port of entry (Chicago O'Hare) and told that I cannot enter the USA for five years unless I get a waiver, then we got married in my country.

Progress so far: I-130 was approved in January, our case is in NVC now
My questions:
1. Do my husband and I need to apply for *both* an I-212 and an I-601? When and where should we submit them (it)?
2. Is an I-601A available to me, or do I have to wait until after I am denied in the visa interview to apply for a waiver?

I'm really nervous about it because one of my friends was in the same situation, but her husband mailed the waiver and money to a department in the USA, but they ignored it, so she had to wait 5 years to enter. That made me very worried.

Applying for stepchild and spouse ROC

My wife's 90 day window for ROC opens up mid February (adjusted from B2 visa).

My stepdaughter's 90 day window for ROC opens up November (she later came on a CR2 visa).

However, I now see this on the USCIS website:

image.png.21631a8121e30f6ab023f19c4e6d7f7b.png

The second row implies that I can file for my stepdaughter's ROC anytime. Does this mean I can send in both applications together? I know I can't use one application for both of them, but my understanding is that if my wife gets the 10-year card, my stepdaughter's conditional status will automatically be lifted as well.

This is a bit confusing. Has anyone gone through this situation before?

NVC Case Assigned to the Wrong Consulate

My I-129f was approved and sent over to the NVC last month. This morning I woke up to an email from the NVC stating that they had received my case and given it a case number. However, the screwed up and assigned the case not only to the wrong consulate, but to the wrong country. They assigned the case to London, with a LND number, but my fiancee is a citizen of and lives in China. She was a student in London when we filed the petition but we put on the I-129f form that she will be doing her interview in Guangzhou, China. Is there a way to fix this error? Should I simply call them? Does anybody know what the turnaround time on that will be? I appreciate any advice.
