What we be doing now?

What is the best tourist visa strategy for my K1 fiance's parents. We would like them to be able to come to our wedding and meet our future children. Their names and national id number were definitely listed in her K1 application as family. Her father has a job, owns property, has a car. They have average assets, I think. I've never met her parents.

Should they apply for tourist visa immediately and try to schedule a tour to the usa before approval?

Seems like they would have less ties right now, when they know no one in the United States than waiting until she receives her K1 and they have met me.

I sent my stepdaughter's I-751 last week and got a text a few days ago that her case was accepted. I just saw in our USPS informed delivery that her I-797 NOA is arriving today, a week later. But they spelled her first name wrong!! I checked the I-751 and I spelled it correctly. I looks like a lowercase 'q' was replaced with a g. Also the packet had a copy of her green card so I do see how they could've botched this.

There is a tool for e-Requests and I noticed that one of the options in the dropdown is Notices. Has anyone tried to use this tool before? Would they be able to re-issue the I-797? Are there any other options that we have? We're really frustrated with this!!!

The NVC requested a new document as we are preparing for P4. We had it translated to English and it was sealed in an envelope and marked like they do with registered mail in the US. i.e. sealed with a stamp to show if the envelope has been opened prior to the official opening it. They are requesting a marriage document for her first husband. Now the lawyer office is telling us that all documents need to be sealed like this. I've seen nothing like this on the NVC website. I'm thinking it is the lawyer trying to make extra money. Is there anyone with knowledge about this?
