US Immigration from China

Hello. the I-485/I-131 were rejected due to fee amounts with no indication if we submitted too little or too much. I submitted together in the same package. I'm also not sure if I need to submit two separate checks. From the USCIS website I see $1,225 for the I-485 and $660 for the I-131. Is that incorrect? Or is there no charge for the I-131 because I am submitting together?

I have an interview for N400 coming up. I recently travelled to Canada. My rental car company charged me for "traffic violations". The amount is about 150 CAD, including handling fees. I believe it's a speeding ticket, however, I cannot find out any details after contacting them many times. All I have is a posted credit card transaction. Any suggestion on how I should present this during the interview? Thanks in advance!

I've always heard that when a person comes to the US that they needs to stay in the US for 2 years. If they go before that the US doesn't have to let them back in.

Well, my wife has been here almost 10 months and she may have to go back for a few weeks. Her mother's health is deteriorating significantly, and my wife fears the worst and I have to say I agree with her. As they were talking this morning, I thought what if???? What do we do?

I searched USCIS to see but didn't find any help. Maybe I searched the wrong place but I don't know.

What should one do to ensure they are able to get back into America due to a death in the family?

My wife has her Naturalization Oath Ceremony scheduled in a few weeks. My parents and sister would love to attend (as well as myself, son, and daughter). I've talked to USCIS twice, trying to find out whether guests will be permitted, and received two different answers. The USCIS website says that only the candidate will be permitted the ceremony, but I suspect this differs by venue.

Does anyone know whether ceremonies at Cabrillo National Monument are typically conducted indoors, or outside?

Can family come?

I'm trying to upload documents to the NVC for my co-sponsor. I have been able to upload the i864 and his birth certificate however the area that was designated for additional supporting documents continues to say N/A and won't allow me to upload more documents. I know that there is a processing time for this and I have been told it's generally about an hour. However, it has been several days and I still can't put in a single supporting document can anyone advise on this? I know they are going to ask me for more documents. However, if I can't upload them how can I even give them what they want? They have rejected us about four times already and we are tired of adding more time on to being parted from one another
