Aug 5, 2022 filer is seeking for i134 advises

I d worked in China for 6 years. I make above 125% of the US poverty line and have done tax return for the past view years however my income is China-based. Meaning my AGI is 0 on 1040.
I have around 10k cash in the bank, would that be enough to support i134? or should I find a co-sponsor

I desperately need your help and would appreciate any help you can give us.

My wife needs to travel back to her hometown. And we have the extension in hand. We are in the midst of removing condition.

My question is: do we need to get a passport for her?

A Chinese citizen is scheduled to take her U.S. citizenship oath in the near future, but we have some questions about using documents. If at all possible, she'd like to retain her Chinese passport. I have friends that have been able to keep their Chinese passports for decades, by simply never telling China that they are a U.S. Citizen. Is this still possible?

Should she purchase round-trip tickets under her U.S. passport, or get two separate one-way tickets (ie. us->china with Chinese passport, and china->us with US passport)?

We received approval of our documentation on March 14 from the NVC. How long might it be before we get notice of the interview in Guangzhou, China? And when you get the notice of the interview, how long is it typically before the actual appointment. I would assume at least a month. It is my understanding that they arbitrarily assign an appointment time to you. Is that true?

Dear all,

While filing I-864 to NVC, I realized there are actually 4 types of Tax Transcript availiable in IRS.gov.

Should I use the first option " Return Transcript" ?

Also, since we all just filed the tax for 2022, seems that 2022 is still "missing" .... is it OK with NVC?
