US Immigration from Cambodia

My wife was approved for an immigrant US visa on August 9, 2022, but her visa was later revoked on September 6, 2022 by the consular office in Cambodia. The reason my daughter failed her immigrant visa interview on August 19, 2022 due to her potential of becoming a public charge once settles in the United States. What is my wife's next step? Can she apply for the K3 or another non-immigrant visa right after this while I am as the petitioner challenging the revocation decision?

my wife green card about a year ago. we need to travel, i want to make sure that the document we need is " travel document"?

how long is the processing time ? anyone know? thanks

I went to Cambodia in Feb of this year to marry my fiance, we had our ceremony Feb 13th, I left the country in March. There was a mistake they made with my DoB on our marriage certificate so they had to re do it, I had already left the country, so by the time it was finished, the marriage certificate was dated April 1st.

Basically what date am I putting on the CR1? Our hotel receipts from the honeymoon, our pictures of the ceremony are all dated around the 13th-25th of Feb. My exit visa shows March 4th. So they would know I wasn't in the country in April.

Do I just put April 1st and write something explaining the date discrepancy, thanks.

I just received mail of form I-797c with somes in struction that discribed as follow:

- We have received your form and are currently processing the above case for the following beneficiaries: "my spouse name and date of birth"

- If this notice contains a priority date, this priority does not reflect earlier retained priority dates. We will notify you separately about any other case you field.

- If we determine you must submit biometrics, we will mail you a biometrics notice with the time and place of your appointment.

After i try to create an acount on USCIS website following my spouse's case they ask me to provide Online access code and i could not find that code on I-797c form. I have only reciept number. So where can i find that code ? and what to do next after i received this notice?

I am always trying to be one step ahead. I know my wife will need to get all the required vaccines listed here for entry into the USA. My question is about the vaccine records. After she receives each individual vaccine, what record is good enough for proof? Is there any official guideline about what is acceptable?
