US Immigration from Brazil

Hello guys

We received information that the Embassy in brazil received our petition on August 3rd, but we have not yet received the packet with the information to schedule the interview. How long does it usually take to receive this packet?

Hello, we are filling our I-134 and we need some help.
1- Does my fiance (petitioner) need to list me (beneficiary) under Dependent's Information? He doesn't claim any dependent on hist tax return. But I read someone that the beneficiary should be listed there.
2- We have a co-sponsor does she need to send proof of U.S citizenship? If so what would that be?
3- Our co-sponsor is married does her husband need to sign the I-134 as well?
4- For the I-134 filled by the Co-sponsor. In Part 2 Information about the beneficiary, item 7. Relationship to Sponsor. Does that remains fiancee or we should put the beneficiary's relationship to the Co-sponsor? Would that be friend's fiancee ? Because the petitioner is a friend of the co-sponsor.

Hello all. I've been in this site since my first journey (AOS GC) back in 2014.

I am currently waiting on my Naturalization; my interview is next month.

My wife and I got married last October, but she's in Brazil so it was a proxy marriage so it wasn't good for USCIS until after we "consummated" the marriage. I went to see her last month so now our marriage is finally good enough for USCIS since I can show we've been in the same place since our marriage.

I was going to wait until I became a citizen to file the I-130 thinking it would make the process faster, but from I've research I guess the I-130 process timeline for both citizens and green card holders is the same [?] and the difference is only after the I-130 is approved because of visa quotas, right? If that's the case I will just file the I-130 now and upgrade my application after I get naturalized.

Also, I'm military, if it makes a difference.

Hello all! here is the situation. Brazilian born woman over stayed her tourist visa and has been living in the US for 8 years she came with her now ex boyfriend and was stuck here with him they had a baby and split up . she worked under the table and also with a different name so there is no proof it was her that actually worked. She is receiving cash help from the father of her child. she is now married to a US citizen and they plan to concurrent file for adjustment of status i-485 i-130 . Because she is married it true they were forgive unauthorized work? she has no tax ID and is now working with fake papers. could you get away with just saying your not working and you are getting help from the ex and the USC? If being married to the USC truly means they will forgive everything then OK. but she has not filed taxes do to the fact she cant cause there is no social number or Tax ID. what do you think?

I am trying to get my fianc from Brazil here before the end of year. NVC received and provided petition approval notice on 5/22/2021. Has not been sent to Embassy yet after 2.5 months. Do I have a realistic chance to have her here by end of year? How long does it take when when we get notice that it has been sent to embassy for her to complete her interview? Any tips to expedite process?
