US Immigration from Brazil

I need some help figuring out the i-134 situation, I am the petitioner for K-1 visa for my Brazilian fiancee. We received a email from the consulate on Aug 18 with instructions to complete ds 160, schedule interview, get background checks from local and federal back ground checks, schedule medical appt, etc I was able to schedule a interview on Oct 8 without realizing the i-134 may be an issue. I'm not sure if this email I have is a P 3 letter, or not. It does not have any instructions to complete i-134. How long is needed for the i-134 to process? Will I be required to go for an in person interview in my city (Denver). Will it be possible to complete this before Sep 21 ( Im going to Italy for a wedding and directly to Brazil on Oct 1 to be with my fiancee for the interview). Thanks in advance for your help!

Do we have anyone here who got a NVC expedite approval for visa interview, while not being a health professional nor a person with real emergency need?

(I mean, simply being a EB visa applicant with a support letter from their employer).

I am trying to understand whether a case can be expedited without being considered an emergency by the consular officers.

I am trying to understand how far away from getting an interview date my case is at the moment.

Does anyone here know what is going on right now at the US consulate in Rio?

So far I have heard a few things:

1) family-based cases backlog is gone. They are now taking care of tiers 2 & 3 out of the backlog priority list.

2)they are only taking care of students and au pairs at the moment.

3) they are processing all kinds of visas at the same time.

So what is going on there right now?

We received information that the Embassy in brazil received our petition on August 3rd, but we have not yet received the packet with the information to schedule the interview. How long does it usually take to receive this packet?

Hello, we are filling our I-134 and we need some help.
1- Does my fiance (petitioner) need to list me (beneficiary) under Dependent's Information? He doesn't claim any dependent on hist tax return. But I read someone that the beneficiary should be listed there.
2- We have a co-sponsor does she need to send proof of U.S citizenship? If so what would that be?
3- Our co-sponsor is married does her husband need to sign the I-134 as well?
4- For the I-134 filled by the Co-sponsor. In Part 2 Information about the beneficiary, item 7. Relationship to Sponsor. Does that remains fiancee or we should put the beneficiary's relationship to the Co-sponsor? Would that be friend's fiancee ? Because the petitioner is a friend of the co-sponsor.
