Hello everyone, for those who have already been through it.. how long did I take for them to schedule your oath ceremony? My interview was approved on 11/14 and I still have no ceremony scheduled. Thanks!

Has anyone else accidentally registered your scheduled interview through the Paris portal as being a resident of Portugal with a CR1/IR1 interview?

On Paris's own webpage there was no warning to tell residents of Portugal not to register, but alas on the NVC site it says "they are not required to" and further down it says "Do not register".

I am concerned about what may happen to our interview date since I did indeed register - and the consulate is not responding to emails.

Hello, my wife and I married in November 2022 and we just started the NVC portion of our immigration process. My understanding is that because we have been married less than 2 years she and my two step-children will be issued CR1/CR2 visas instead of the IR visas. We re waiting for our fee payments to be processed so that I can fill out the needed documentation but while browsing on their CEAC portals I noticed the visa classes, wife s is CR1, daughter s is CR2, but my son s is listed as IR2. I don t want an error like that to mess up our processing time. What is the best way to get in touch with the NVC to correct that?

I live in Tampa, and filled online.
I filled my case last year, October. received my work permit June 2023, but haven't had any updates on my Green card yet.
Not even the medical exams requested.
Is it like this for everybody?
On some facebook groups I joined, it seems that people are getting approved withiout interview and way faster than 2 year.
I just completed one year.

Doesn't let me put my info.. blocks me from adding my dates.
I filled my forms October 2022, and my first approval was the Work permit last June, 2023.. It doesn't allow me to put the date, as it's 12 months+ from filling date.
I added a random date, and still blocks me...
Screw it, I'm deleting my account
