US Immigration from Belize

Hello everyone,

Just when my wife and I thought this process was over we are back in limbo again. My wife had her interview on July 23. She was asked a couple questions submitted all the required documents and the CO told her that everything looked fine and she was "Approved". Her passport was taken and she was told to be back in a week to pick up the visa. The day before the scheduled pick up she gets a call from the embassy informing her that the visa will not be ready yet. That really caught us by surprise, last minute too. We already had plans for her to fly in this weekend and she even gave her 2 weeks notice at work. Any advise as to how to proceed or what to expect will be appreciated. Thank you.

Does anyone know how to contact the nvc, we tried the (603)334-0700 And the call goes but it cuts off by itself and we don't know where to call or what to do, we have call twice and the something happens. Will need you assistance on this.

We just received our NOA2 approval for the I-129F- petition for fiance and we had a couple of questions.

1. What is considered documentary proof that you submitted with the I-129F for my fiance to have on hand?

2. I make roughly 100k+ a year, however I keep a very low bank balance because I pay roughly 2400 a month for my mortgage/bills, put most of my money into my 457 retirement fund, and buy stocks occasionally. I'm very good at managing money however I keep a very low bank balance between $4000 and $8000. Will my bank balance effect our K1 approval?

3. I noticed in 5D, What to send to you fiance, it says any bonds or serial numbers. I do not have any of these but my balance in my stocks and 457 are pretty high. Are these statements something I should bring and/or does it fall in this category?

My fiance and I are waiting for his K1 Visa to be approved. His interview is coming up on July 16th. In the meantime, I am back in the U.S. because we are expecting our first child and the due date is August 12th. I do not currently have insurance as I am unemployed (my parents are co-sponsors for my fiance for this reason). I am going to start working for Uber again but they do not offer benefits.

My question is this...as I am a co-sponsor, along with both of my parents, how may (if at all) could applying and using Medicaid for the delivery of our baby, affect the outcome of his visa approval? I have been planning to pay out of pocket but I would qualify for Medicaid. Most of the hospitals are requiring you to apply if you are a "self pay" patient as Medicaid usually covers labor and delivery. If there is a chance that using Medicaid for this delivery will negatively impact the visa for Elvin than I won't even consider it. However, if there is no need to worry, since he has two co-sponsors, then I would consider using Medicaid soley for the delivery, and cancel it afterwards. Any advice regarding this is greatly appreciated!

Hello everyone! I just arrived here in the US last Saturday, June 8,2019. I came here using k1 Visa. I was just wondering when is the proper time for me to check my I-194 online. Because when I check the website, my latest I-194 noted from there was my last visit here in the US using B1/B2. I hope you guys can help me out. Thanks in advance
