My extension letter expires in December. Because I used my extension letter when getting hired, my work needs new proof to verify that I am allowed to work. I actually had to look it up because I thought greencard holders didn't have to get proof upon expiration but turns out the hr department at my work us correct as the below screenshot from the uscis website shows. How long before the expiration date can I ask for the ADIT stamp? I don't want to wait too long but I also don't want to make an appointment just for them to tell me it's too early

On our online petition, I submitted one 2x2 passport photo of myself and one of my spouse. I also cropped them using the USCIS photo editor and they were approved.

On the back of the photos, we each wrote our names (printed, not signed) and I uploaded those images of the backs of the photos against a black table. I did not use the crop tool on the backs of the photos with our names - should I have done this?

I keep reading to submit two photos each, but does this mean two photos of our faces, or one photo of each of our faces and one of each of our names on the back?

we have submitted the CR1 to the USCIS this Sunday on May 29th 2022. We only now noticed that we did not photograph the back of my birth certificate. Because of that I wanted to ask if this could be a reason for the CR1 to be denied for us or to be sent back? Is there any way to submit it now so we don't have to wait 2 months to be potentially denied? Thank you!

I filed my i-130 online on May 29th, and I received my receipt online today with the IOE number. While reading about the K3 process, I noticed it said to put a copy of the back of the birth certificate, and I realized I only included the front of my long form BC plus the apostille form with that. Do I also need to take a photo of the back of my BC and upload that also, and is it too late to add it now if that is the case?

On the I-130a form, on page 6, we are having issues filling out my name digitally even though there is no issue filling it out any other section of that form and becuase of that, I wanted to ask, did anyone else have issues filling out their name digitally and is there any way to do it? Also, is it neccesary to sign the form? Thank you!
