  1. Yes we found that while searching online. thank you for the information
  2. Thank you for the information. One of the main goals of reporting the lost/stolen visa and passport to the issuing embassy is to ensure no one else can use it for whatever reason. I emailed the embassy in Colombia but haven't received a response. Most of the information I am finding will allow us to use a copy of the passport and visa. luckily I took a picture of both of them once we received them but I do not have a picture of the entry stamp that was on her visa. If I can get her a military dependent ID card then this whole situation won't be as bad and she's fine with waiting to get her US passport and then traveling back to Venezuela to replace her other passport.
  3. We were recent victims of property theft. My Wife’s passport from Venezuela was stolen. Since there is no embassy or consulate in the US what are our options? We have pictures of the passport and visa but I’m not sure what good that will do for us. Thanks for any help you can provide for us.
  4. the checklist we just received from the embassy says "Authenticated photocopies of final divorce decrees". I've been divorced twice and the last marriage ended a decade ago. My divorce paperwork from TN is original but you can barely feel the seal from a couple of the pages. NC only gave us a "true copy" stamp document. So this should be interesting.
