02/11/2008 - I-130 received by USCIS

02/20/2008 - NOA sent

02/26/2008 - Touched!

06/18/2008 - I-130 Approved

07/02/2008 - DS 3032/AOS Bill sent to me

07/18/2008 - Sent payment of AOS Bill

Hello May Filers,

We mailed I130 Packet on May 9th

Received at Chicago Lock Box on May 11th

NOA1 dated May 16th

Received hard copy of NOA1 in mail on May 19th

Touched on May 20th (Petition entered in their system)

Wishing everyone good luck..........

05/16/08: NOA1

07/23/08: NOA2

NVC :

07/29/08: NVC case received

09/05/08: CASE COMPLETED

Embassy:

Helloooo!!!

I mailed the I-130 on 04/30/08. Vermont received it on 05/08/08... And I received the NOA-1 on 05/12/08.

I guess I am a May filer... jejeje

Well... A big Welcome to the May filers I am happy to see I am not alone in the battle of time. Let's keep eachother posted on how things go.. we certainly won't get help from uscis from what it looks like.

can i join? Sent I-130 April 30.. i guess that's a May filer 'coz it wasn't received till May 8.. don't know why..

I-130 Timeline:

5/13 : NOA1

7/21 : NOA2 - APPROVED!!!

NVC Timeline:

7/25 : Case # assigned

9/30 : Case completed!!!! (THANK YOU, LORD!!!)

10/03: Interview date assigned

US Embassy in Manila:

10/30 : Paid Document Verification (just to be on the safe side)

11/12 - 11/13 : Medical at SLEC

11/18: INTERVIEW DATE/MANILA EMBASSY/0630AM - VISA APPROVED!

11/20 : Visa in hand! (that was fast!)

11/30 : Flight to USA!

Life in America:

11/30 : POE:LAX

12/04 : SSN issued - 12/13: card received in the mail

12/04 : "Green Card" issued - 12/13: card received in the mail

NOVEMBER 30, 2010 : CR1 expires

hey may filers, i found this thread. She has been tracking NOA1/NOA2 with CR1/IR1 filers.. add your name to the list. well, im with CSC, and it looks about 60-80 days between receiving the NOA1 and NOA2. Not bad at all... i hope it holds true..

I-130 Timeline:

When i went there it looked like she was filing for a K-1???? did i go to the wrong thread?

Just joining the thread. I am already developing an obsession with checking my case status online even though I know there is no way in hell its changed this early on in the piece....lol

Timeline below....

CR-1/IR-1 Journey for Self

12th April 08 - Married in Australia

21st April 08 - Mailed off I-130 but with incorrect title on cheques

30th April 08 - USCIS returned petitions requesting correct title on cheques

2nd May 08 - Mailed out I-130s again! Finally on our way!!!

9th May 08 - NOA-1

7th Nov 08 - Tranferred to CSC

4th Dec 08 - Approved!!!

22nd Dec 08 - NVC # assigned

23rd June 09 - Case Complete at NVC (We slowed down the process on purpose to time interview accordingly)

18th August 09 - Medical

25th August 09 - Interview Date - Approved!!!

19th February 10 - POE L.A (No dramas, just SLOW)

2nd March 10 - Welcome to America Letter
