Actually, it is the beneficiary (the foreign alien spuse) who can email NVC to appoint his/her US Citizen petitioner as his/her choice of agent only after NVC generates DS 3032 (choice of agent).

Yes you can ...expect them to give you confirmation in 2 weeks tht they have accepted the choice of address agent form

We used email, and it took us about 2 weeks for a reply.

yes you can e-mail but i think yor suppose to get an auto response message right away if not then it didnt go through i finally sent papers in because i tought they would reply didnt know about auto repsonse

My experience, to get it there faster, print it out following JSC and mail it. It's quicker than e-mail at least it would have been for my case! Good luck

I used james shortcuts 2.0 for DS3032, it was fast -got accepted and entered in the system within a day.
