But I'm sure the legal claims department will be investigating the case thoroughly. This reminds me of a lady who filed a complaint to our company, she was blaming our detergent for causing "white spots" on her two shirts. We asked her to send the shirts, and did series of scientific tests. It turned out to be a hoax. She initially demanded 1M. This sent the VP into panic, and delegated the scientists additional work. We should have let her get the million and we'll just split it with her, j/k. My job is starting to become really interesting.
