you just had your period. You feel bloated, constipated, terrible cramps, you forgot to buy midol and you're in a terrible mood. Still, you clean the house and start the laundry. But you don't feel good, you just wanna lie down.

Then you ask your husband to put away the clothes after the dryer stops. He does only his clothes and he leaves the sheets I just washed in the bed. Then not only he doesn't fold the sheets and put away, at night when he goes to bed he throws the clean sheets on the floor.

Question: what is the proper punishment for a person who behaves like that?
