Since we have a few Christmas threads started already I was curious what your favorite Christmas songs are? I love Christmas music and decided to listen to my CD I got last year for the first time this morning.

Mostly the old traditional carols (above and beyond Silent Night, etc). I used to sing in a large community choir and our Christmas concerts were always fun to sing, I really developed a love for the older carols.

Same here..nothing beat the old traditional Christmas carols..I don't know it sounds like they make Christmas song so commercial [ized] nowadays..I don't know how to explain or find the right words for that lol! {pardon my English) it's just me..oldies are always goodies for me!

Silver and Gold- Burl Ives. Actually I love hearing anything by Burl Ives. He could read the phone book off and Id enjoy it.

I also enjoy a good choral version of Silent Night. Every year a lady at our church accompanies the choir with sign language for the song. Very beautiful.
