I would call them on the phone and talk to a real person. Have your case number and beneficiary name and birthdate handy when you call.

Yep, call them. Here's the number:

NVC: (603) 334-0700 - press 1, then 5

I just called about mine today. I called at 7:30am eastern time, and only waited a minute or two before someone came on the line. They just received my petition from the california service center YESTERDAY -- my petition was approved Oct. 15th, so it took about 24 days for them to get it from the CA service center. They then told me it would take 2-4 more weeks to send it to Bangkok.

Good luck, and if they don't have it yet, try again in another week or so.

The waiting is KILLING me. I am actually with my fiance in Thailand at the moment, but it still feels like my life's on hold here. I don't feel well and I want to get back to LA and hot water showers and no ants and reliable electricity ASAP. He lives on a thai island that is rapidly being flooded by the heavy rains and I just hope they hurry up and we get this visa approved before the entire island sinks into the sea.
