I'm getting all excited, too ! We sent our package on 11/28, and the NOA1 is dated 12/03. Hopefully somewhen in February or March ...

I am putting more hope in March (though it could be April). Of course I too check everyday hoping for February....but at this point it's still stretching it a little.. There have been a couple of Nov. filers with NOA2 but it still seems so isolated. The October filers are pouring in though....and thats just cool!!

Hi Rony ,

My NOA1 is on the 15th of November aswell and I too have not had any touches or updates. I am sure everything is fine but it would be great to get some feed back from any one who has any knowledge or experience with no touches or updates. Any body out that who can speak on this???? Would love to hear from you!!!

Much speed to us all

I would venture to say most filers don't get touches. Some get them for no apparent reason, others right before something is sent out. (either good or bad)

Hey November filers,

We are also November files. We filed our K1 petition package to VSC on 9 November and NOA 1 recieved on 15 November. I keep checking our status online but there is no update and no touches at all!! I got to tell you I start feeling worried! My question, is that normal?! Anyone has any idea?! Thanks!

Oh one more thing, congrats to our November fellow for the NOA1. You make all of us excited now!

Don't worry about touches. Some cases get lots and others get almost none. But they all get approved eventually.

Yes, the embassy of the beneficiary's country will receive the packet and a new case number and will send us the packet 3 and we'll work from there... but as for me, I have to apply for police clearances from three different countries now because I am trying to get them sent to me before my packet 4 comes. These police clearance thing is seriously time consuming... grrr!!!!!
