The fastest way is to e-mail it! My husband emailed the NVC on Oct.29th and the request was processed on Nov.2nd. It works :)... You can find a sample email to send by typing in 'Emailing DS-3032' into the search engine. Good luck!

I have a hatred for FedEx - me and them ... don't get along. UPS or DHL for me. DHL's been excellent, UPS is reliable - usually 2-3 days to all points. DOX shipments are fast all-around.

DOH! DS-3032 is the selection of agent form. DoS authorizes a copy of the form to be used - no prob! Scan & e-mail or fax it.

However, the signature must be original - so the filled-out one needs to be mailed.

Japan's got excellent UPS service too, by the way. :) But if FedEx you must ... lol. ( I still hate FedEx. If you went through what I went through, you'd hate them too. )

( This coming from an Arab who married an Arab from overseas... go figure. )

it's not necessary to scan the DS-3032 form and email it. you can just send an email formatted as shown in this thread:

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...l=email+ds-3032 (That's what I did and had no problems, it still took a week or two to get an email response) No need for signature or anything like that. Just make sure it is sent from your wife's email address.

Which ever way you decide to send it, Good Luck.
