The best way to get over your fear of eating lamb is to spend some time with one. Get to know it. Feel its fur. Look in its eyes as it nibbles on the morning dewy grass. Bring that machete to its throat and know that you are that lambs destiny. That lamb exists for you. Love the lamb. Eat the lamb. Complete the lamb.

The same way I got over my fear of some of the crazy Jamaican dishes we eat......don't ask what it is. Just eat it. If you like it, then ask. If not, MAKE SURE to ask so you never eat it again.

That's how I first ate calamari as a kid.... NO WAY was I going to eat squid!!! :no: LOL My uncle gave it to me without telling me what it was... heehee

I first had squid in junior high oceanography class :)

You're not supposed to eat the specimens.

My pastor's friend raised a couple lambs. His children treated them as pets, but knew that they would eventually be slaughtered. The kids named the lambs "Mutton" and "Chop." :P
