hi guys

my k1 petition was approved on oct 1 2007. i called nvc and they said they haven't got my case yet. then i call uscis on the 800 number and lady on the phone said k1 cases are send directly to consulate. my approval letter clearly says that nvc will process my case and will send me the case record number.

any help over here ? does anybody else have the same situation.

thanks

Unless its recently been changed, cases go to the NVC first, usually for just a couple days, before being forwarded to the consulate. Sometimes it takes awhile for the case to leave the service center and get to the NVC.

Shouldnt u guys be on honeymoon :P? The NVC gets all the cases, briefly, what they told me is they send them as quickly as possible to the embassies......

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

Our NOA2 had my A number on it already. Is it possible it HAS gone straight to London?

I believe it must go through National Visa Center first. Then the NVC will give you a new case number like....LDC200705652..somthing likes that, unless something changes.

The A# is the alien number assigned to your fiance. It should be on your NOA2 above your fiance's name.

It's LND for the London Embassy.

17th March 2010 - Started the removal of conditions process

22nd March 2010 - Application received by CSC

30th April 2010 - Biometrics appointment
